News Flash: August 22, 2008

On Monday, August 18th, I resigned as the head Brazilian Jiu-jitsu instructor and manager of ASG Facility in Moreno Valley and will no longer be managing, teaching at or representing ASG.

To My Students at ASG

It was my great pleasure to train you and watch you improve your skills every week. Anyone who knows me and my character, knows how committed I was to your success and how difficult it was for me to leave. I am lucky to have formed true friendships with many of you. Continue your BJJ training and if you have any questions, I'm just a phone call or email away.

What's Next?

Good news! In the coming months, I will be opening a new Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in the Inland Empire. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is my passion and I'm very excited about this opportunity. I'm also in negotiations with a couple of Inland Empire MMA gyms to teach BJJ classes. Also, beginning in October 2008, I've been given the opportunity to introduce Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA to a wider audience through 4-week, low-cost, introductory sessions sponsored by the City of Fontana Parks and Recreation and held in their brand-new state-of-the-art recreation center. I firmly believe BJJ is a great life skill for everyone to have and am grateful for the opportunity to participate in bringing it to the Fontana community.

Check Back Here Every Week

I will be providing weekly updates here on my site so bookmark it and check it every week to get information on:

  • Location and opening date of my new school
  • Names of local I.E. MMA gyms where I'll be teaching
  • Grand Opening date of the City of Fontana new Parks and Recreation center

Thanks for all of your support.
